Florida’s Governor Says No To High Speed Rail

Well look here, Florida governor Rick Scott says we don’t need no stinking high speed rail between Tampa and Orlando. Of course, now everyone is complaining that he’s saying no to federal money for the project. Please stop the spin. He’s saying no to the high speed rail. Of course he’d still take the money if he could use it for something the state actually needs. The high speed rail would be a white elephant to the state that you and I would have to subsidize because…wait for it….IT WILL NEVER MAKE ANY MONEY BECAUSE NO ONE WILL USE IT.
